Too funny... as I was listening to NPR election coverage on my way home from school last night, I anxiously awaited the first appearance of "mandate." Congrats, Wise... you win!!

He only counts a mandate that is 51% or more in his favor. Anything less he considers an uninformed, media-driven electorate and therefore discountable.
