Ten on Tuesday

This week's "Ten on Tuesday" is supposed to be "10 Things Most People Don’t Know About Me." I feel as though I've done this sort of thing so frequently (see here and  here, for instance, although now I know how to IM!) that there's nothing left to tell, so what say we spice it up a bit, shall we?

5 True Things Most People Don’t Know About Me, and 5 Total Lies

1.  I've never had general anesthesia.
2. Even though I don't like coffee, I do like coffee ice cream.
3. Don't tell the kids, but we're talking about getting a puppy this summer!
4. I shave my legs every day, rain or shine.
5. I've never gotten poison ivy.
6. After college, I worked very briefly as a teacher in a private school.
7. I throw like a girl.
8. I have a second, completely anonymous blog in which I reveal all my deepest, darkest thoughts, fears, wishes, and secrets.
9. I traveled throughout Israel the summer I was 16.
10. I'd rather go hungry than eat a raw oyster.

These were not easy to come up with; you may have noticed that I am pretty much an open book here. So, can you tell which is which? (Family members are disqualified.) Answers to come, after all guesses are in.

p.s.
I LOVE general anesthesia. I've had it twice - for a wisdom-tooth extraction and for my recent sinus surgery. Not sure WHY I love it.
