Can you do 100 push-ups? I'm not sure I've done 100 push-ups, all told, in my whole life. Maybe I will try it this summer. Shyeah.
Here's a list of ten cheap but good Cabernets. Hess is our house wine; in fact, I just bought a case today at Costco. (Speaking of which, the next time I get the brilliant idea to go to Costco with all three kids in tow, someone please tie me to a chair.)



Pushups rule. I had to do 100 on the day I tested for black belt in tae kwon do. Today, sadly, I think I'd be lucky to get above 30.
I really believe, though, that in addition to a regular cadio workout, pushups and situps are all that's necessary for excellent fitness. No equipment needed.

I'm not sure which I would rather do less...go to Costco (with or without kids) or do 100 pushups. So there. I'm doing neither!
