Next Sunday Steph, Pete, and I will once again participate in the annual AIDS Walk Boston. Last year was the first time I'd ever done it, and it was a wonderful experience. We—and some 15,000 others—will be walking along the Esplanade to help raise awareness and money that will make a difference in the fight against HIV/AIDS in our community.
If you are so inclined, please consider making a donation. Your gift will help support the programs and services of AIDS Action Committee of Massachusetts. They provide vital services to over 2,500 people living with HIV/AIDS—helping with healthcare management, legal assistance, and counseling support. AAC also conducts statewide prevention programs that reach tens of thousands of individuals at risk of infection.
You can learn more by visiting AIDS Walk Boston’s website, and you can sponsor me or Steph or Pete on this page if you'd like to. Otherwise, we would appreciate it if you would just think good-weather thoughts for June 5—not too hot, but not pouring rain. Thanks!
