This Sunday we head up to camp to see Steph for visiting day! We have a list of things she "needs"—Goldfish for the car ride to wherever we go (last year was the thrill of Target), new shower flip-flops (one somehow got lost), more stamps, that sort of thing. What we need from her is input on naming these kitties so we can stop calling them The Light One and The Dark One already.
It's going to be hard to come up with two names we all agree on, so we're going to get all democratic and vote on them. And that's where you come in: There's still time to make your nominations! Of course you can't be expected to know which names already harbor unpleasant associations for one or more of us, and what names are the butts of our family jokes, but you can certainly give it a try. They don't have to be pairsy-type names either, although we will consider all entries. Thanks in advance!

There are some really great choices already posted and I agree with Susan who said the task is difficult without seeing them run around. Here are a few more for your consideration:
Dark/Light (read this as a column header)
Pecan/Marmalade
Phantom/Christine or Carlotta
Good luck!

I'm terrible at naming pets. After much agonizing about our cat's name change from Romeo (which is the name he came with) to Milo, I have to face the fact that his name has become nothing more creative than "Kitty." (Unless he's being naughty, in which case, he answers to "CAT!!!!!")
