I sure hope you're feeling better soon. This looks very tasty.

Definitely comfort food! It does sound excellent. Hope you're better soon. So many people at school are sick; the list of teachers out was LONG today. (about 10!)

Kay

This mac and cheese looks really good. I like the inclusion of the broccoli and the Monterey Jack cheese. Yum.

Hope you feel better soon. I hate being sick in the spring or summer. Winter I can understand. :-(

Ugh on being sick. I love Cooks Illustrated but confess to have never used their recipe generator. Now I want to try! And I agree, your version of Mac n Cheese looks good, and it's oh so comforting.

Claudia

Hope you are past the pestilence by now! Mac 'n Cheese is so endlessly variable, and such a popular meal to serve. I'm always trying new takes myself. For St. Pat's it was Green Mac 'n Cheese. :)

get well really soon! All the best for beating the pestilence! Cheers

Your recipe sounds tasty! I make my 'white sauce' from scratch in the microwave, it needs so much less attention but tastes just as good as Making it on the stovetop.

Have a great week!
