Here's a quick and easy way to impress someone that yes, you made those chips!
24 square wonton wrappers
2 tablespoons salted butter, melted and cooled slightly
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese or 2 tablespoons sugar mixed with 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 400°. Line two baking sheets with Silpats or parchment paper.
Cut the wonton wrappers in half diagonally to make 48 triangles. Spread them out in a single layer on the lined baking sheets.
Brush the triangles with the melted butter. Sprinkle them with the cheese or cinnamon-sugar. (I cut the topping ingredients in half and did one tray cheese and one tray cinnamon-sugar.)
Bake until crisp and golden brown, about 10 minutes, swapping the pans halfway through. Toward the end some of the sugary ones around the perimeter got a little too dark, so keep an eye on them!
Let them cool on the sheets, then eat 'em up or store in an airtight-container.
