I remember those toddler days, dropping Nate off at daycare in the morning. That bottom lip would jut out and start quivering, big enough for a bird to land on it and poop! I can remember numerous times leaning against the outside wall of the daycare building and sobbing. Oh, it hurt the heart! But... it did get easier, on both of us. And I looked at the positive (because I had to -- having him in daycare wasn't a choice). He did learn social skills and I do believe it gave him somewhat of a headstart for school.
