1. Preheat oven to 325°.
2. Put paper-thin slices of genoa salami in a single layer on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the salami is crisp and starting to curl up at the edges.
4. Cool salami slices briefly on a rack.
5. Stuff your face.
Never thought to bake it...hm....
We always fry our salami and then scramble it with eggs. Probably an old Jewish substitute for those of us who don't eat pork products!! I'm going to have to try this...gotta be healthier ;)
