Don't you love when you find out that something you've been ingesting just for the pleasure of it turns out to be healthful? A new study presents evidence that the more tea women drink, the lower their incidence of ovarian cancer. I wonder whether the incidence of ovarian cancer in the U.K. is lower than in the U.S., because women there drink more tea than women here.

I wonder if similar results might be found for coffee drinkers? It has a lot of antioxidants, too, and Americans typicallty drink more of it.

I drink at least two cups of green tea a day. Even with out the health benefits I would still drink it everyday.
As I child I drank cup after cup of iced black tea. I often wonder if it helped my teeth stay so healthy. I ended up with my first and only cavity in my mid-thirties. (I was never a milk drinker). I have read that tea may help the teeth. . .
