I've never heard of this before. I looked it up on the internet and was intrigued by the description. Apparently one of the flavors is rhubarb, which I love. Mixing it with prosecco and seltzer sounds mighty tasty. This could be my new summer drink favorite. I'll be curious to hear how you like it.

I love Campari, and this is made by the same folks, so I've been dying to try it! It's not available stateside, nor is it likely to be imported anytime soon.

We didn't know about Aperol before we went to Italy, but we have been able to find it in Brooklyn since returning. Don't know if you live somewhere else where you can find it, but keep looking!
