Here are two movies that were decent enough to watch the first half of, but when we became tired and turned them off, we discovered that we were inclined to return them, unfinished, to Netflix, rather than continue on in the same vein:
1. "The Beat That My Heart Skipped" - Good story. So get on with it already. A cameo role from that same acress I liked in "Kings and Queens," Emmanuelle Devos. Still couldn't go on.
2. "The Last Boy Scout" - I want to hate Bruce Willis, I really do. But he keeps turning in these, well, pretty enjoyable performances. But I still didn't have any interest in seeing this one through to the end.
Oy, we're due for a decent movie next.
That's "reviews of lame movies." Your reviews are never lame.
