Here's what I got:
23 is a 1998 German movie about a young hacker Karl Koch, who supposedly committed suicide on May 23, 1989. It was directed by Hans-Christian Schmid, who also participated in screenwriting. The title derives from the protagonist's obsession with the number 23, a phenomenon often described as apophenia. Although the film was well received by critics and audiences, its accuracy has been vocally disputed by some witnesses to the real-life events it was based on.
It's not available at Netflix, but I did find it at IMDB.
Tropical Storm Hilda
The name Hilda has been used for two tropical cyclone in the Atlantic Ocean, five tropical cyclones in the Eastern Pacific Ocean and one Western Pacific Ocean. It was used in the Atlantic before the formal naming system was instituted. It was retired in the Atlantic due to the destruction in 1964, but remains on the Pacific list.
Atlantic:
* 1955's Hurricane Hilda
* 1964's Hurricane Hilda - struck Louisiana, killed 38 and caused heavy damage to New Orleans.
Eastern Pacific:
* 1979's Tropical Storm Hilda
* 1985's Tropical Storm Hilda
* 1991's Tropical Storm Hilda
* 1997's Tropical Storm Hilda
* 2003's Tropical Storm Hilda
Western Pacific:
* 1999's Tropical Storm Hilda (1999 TS 01W) (Japan Meteorological Agency analyzed it as a tropical depression, not as a tropical storm.)
