What sort of cheese do you like on your crackers?

As the exchange rate is so bad I'd be asking for the same sums of money on pounds to even contemplate doing many of those dares!


These days my favorite is parrano. I prefer hard cheeses like gouda to soft cheeses like brie, and I know I will be a disappointment to all when I confess that I dislike all blue cheeses.
