I've never been great at geography, but I didn't realize I was this bad. I got a few right off the bat (Israel and most of the surrounding nations, the northernmost portion of Africa, etc.), but after that I was lost. I don't think too many Americans can easily identify places like Tajikstan and Kyrgyzstan, but I couldn't even find some of the more familiar ones, like Pakistan and Turkey. How'd you do? Oh, Karen! I was SO BAD at it! I had to guess four and five times to place some of the larger countries even. It was kind of fun though...I'll be getting better at it, because I plan to go back and try to improve.

Same here, on all counts. Embarrassing. Here's another one I posted a while back:

That one's just the good ole' US of A, so WAY more embarrassing.

Absolutely horrible on the first round, but after six or seven times, doing it in a different order each time, I managed it without mistakes. The interesting thing will be to see if any of that sticks when I come back tomorrow. Great way to learn some geography, though.

Our father is a geography WHIZ---we have to get him to try this!

I did better than I thought I would, but still pretty horribly. What a good way to learn them, though.

Try this one - it helps to get one or two wrong, especially in the upper mid-west!
