I know I haven't been terribly helpful with Thanksgiving recipes this year, but that's because I'm mostly recycling last year's favorites. There are a few new ones—I'll let you tomorrow know how they turned out! All I can say now is that when Turkey #1 came out of the oven today all brown and beautiful, I heaved a sigh of relief. Even if Turkey #2 is a disaster tomorrow, everyone will get a taste of turkey.
