Because I so dislike the use of apostrophes to express a plural, I like "Dos and Don'ts."

Having them capitalized helps.

I also like "Dudes and Donuts."

EGAD, WOMAN, A BABY IS ABOUT TO BE LIFTED BY ITS HEAD, AND YOU'RE WORRIED ABOUT INCONSISTENT APOSTROPHES?! CALL 911!

Okay, Congress should outlaw plurals of "do" and "don't" and our worries would be over. Who heads up the Committee on Grammar?

I prefer "Dos and Don'ts." I would call putting government in charge of language a "nucular" option.

When I took my first CPR class in 199x, we were taught to first query the victim to see if they were in distress before doing anything. For infants and toddlers, we were instructed to first ask/yell "Baby, baby - are you OK?"

Yes, I'm sure that they would respond to something that sounded like a lyric from David Gates & Bread. Right.
