When I tried Netflix this morning, I actually got to a page with a message saying they were down, and suggesting I call their customer service line. How can their website be down? Isn't their entire business based on being online?!


Yes, I eventually got that, but first it just wouldn't connect. I guess I knew it was down before they did! It's still down now -- what a disaster for them!


Holy crap, that's amazing. I'm bookmarking that one right away.
