"(No)Depression" will be missed. In the hey-day of Americana 6-8 years ago, there was so much new music to choose from. The growth in the artists in the genre was incredible as well. My band, The Sour Belly Trio, opened for such act acts The Steam Donkeys, The Asylum Street Spankers, Stacey Earle, Roy Book Binder, Wayne Hancock, The Blcks, Bob Egan, Oh Susanna! here in Buffalo. Some are still going strong, but how do people get exposed to these talents going forward? How many more have fallen to the wayside with the demise of the Americana charts?

'Net radio is a help, but word of mouth and what's left of such outlets like "(No) Depression" or others such as www.countrystandardtime.com will have to fill in the blanks.
