"Racism is driven by being afraid of the unknown. People that do not wear a turban need to connect with the turban to understand it. Turbanizer.com helps by allowing anyone in the world to visualize themselves in a turban." (via the Presurfer)

That's the funniest thing I've seen in a while! It reminds me of yesterday's flap over the Dunkin Donuts ad with Rachael Ray wearing a "terrorist" scarf. I laughed out loud when I heard that one. Like she doesn't terrorize enough viewers as it is!
You look sort of like Carmen Miranda!

I still can't believe DD kowtowed to that kind of ridiculous accusation. Oh, and for the record, here's John McCain's daughter in a similar scarf: http://gawker.com/5003288/mccain-daughter-dons-islamic-terror-scarf
How shockingly unAmerican!

You must pull this post or I won't be able to read your blog. Clearly you are supporting terrorism here!!!
Sheesh...this whole thing is absurd!!!

What's even more ridiculous is this picture of Michelle Malkin (instigator of the DD boycott) with the terrorist scarf (and one that actually has the "correct" checker pattern, not the paisley pattern as on Rachael Ray's scarf): http://static.crooksandliars.com/2008/05/malkinkeffiyah.jpg
