These are things I meant to post about last week but never got around to:
- The Times came up with this fun graphic to play with while learning about how the Obama/Clinton votes broke down demographically.
- SFGate rates supermarket brands of thick-sliced bacon. Mmm ... bacon.
- I've added Urawaza
to my Amazon wish list. The author's web site is here. The book is filled with Japanese solutions to everyday problems, from how to clean up spilled egg yolk (salt!) to how to remove scratches from a CD (toothpaste!) to how to get a baby to stop crying (I'll let you watch the video for this one, but let's just say that it's quite a few years too late for me). I love this kind of stuff.
- Anagram lovers will enjoy this short film about superstar anagramist (and baker!) Cory Calhoun.
