We finally got around to taking a family photo for holiday cards. The question at this point is, of course, which holiday. We've already missed Hanukkah and Christmas, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, and very soon, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and Inauguration Day too! So, I'll probably send this with just some kind of generic Happy 2009 message:
And here are some of just the kids:
How tall are you? Andy? Looks like your oldest is almost as tall as you?

What a good-looking family! Really nice to see your family picture, thanks for posting it. (Obviously we missed photo/card season as well -- perhaps we'll go for a Bastille Day surprise!!)

Andy is 6', I am not quite 5'3", and Steph is 4'11" -- I hope she will be taller than me! Pete is about average for his age. Julie is the tallest first grader except for one boy whose uncle is in the NBA!

Nice to see Pete rockin' the Ortiz shirt.
26 days 'til pitchers and catchers report, young man.

Oh, and they can be Chinese New Year (or lunar new year if you prefer) cards.

Great photos! Perfect for the Happy Groundhog Day cards you were going to send out...

I am a little over 6'3" and my wife is 5'3". Years ago my boy and I would play basketball and he would tell me, "Just wait until I grow up and dunk all over you." It didn't seem like the time to explain genetics to him but now he's 28 and 5'10".
I know it has nothing to do with cards but the first comment caught my eye.
