Remember the faux CD cover I did a while back? This time it's a young-adult paperback novel:
I think Steph would read that, don't you?
To make your own faux YA book cover, here's what you do:
1. Go to the Fake Name Generator to get your author name.
2. Go to the Random Word Generator—the word listed under “Random Verb” is your book title.
3. Go to FlickrCC and type your book title in the search box. The first photo that contains a person is your cover.
4. Use Photoshop, Picnik, or whatever to put it all together.
(Thanks to the Online Publicist for the fun idea!)
Grr. Yours is really great, too! Everyone's turned out way better than mine. It's sort of a fun little bit of inspiration, isn't it?
