Speaking of Comments

I just discovered, quite by accident, that I didn't receive a whole bunch o' comments in the last week or two. (That is, they appeared on my blog but I didn't get the email notifications.) I did wonder why I had suddenly gotten so unpopular! I'm digging them up now and will reply pronto. Sorry about that—it's Typepad's fault, not mine!
