During an online chat held yesterday by my governor, Deval Patrick, someone complained about the governor's responses:
"everything is spelt perfectly and he is always address correctly ... this is not how bloggers ask questions .... we don't conform to punctuation or grammer..."
Patrick shot back:
"I was an English major, so I can't help but try to get the punctuation and grammar right. Deal with it."That's going to be my new grammar mantra: "I was an English major. Deal with it!"
I like him.

I wish he was OUR governor.

I wasn't even an English major, but I have also been told by my kids that I'm not supposed to use proper spelling & punctuation in online chats, etc. Tough darts!
