Andy is off this week, so we hit Good Harbor again—sans Steph, who is up at camp already! It was another magnificent day at the beach.
Speaking of Steph, we got our first letter today, and it sounds as though everything is going great up there. She is in the oldest group this year, which is pretty much the greatest 2 months of any kid's life. (Been there, done that.)
One bonus of having Steph gone is that she is our pickiest eater, so we can feel free to have carnitas, lobster rolls, fried chicken, etc. without hearing her groans of disgust and disappointment. We also broke in the new waffle iron yesterday, which I think she will like when she gets home.
Tonight we watched Quantum of Solace, which was very exciting and also very confusing. Andy and I both think Daniel Craig is the best Bond ever—gritty and tough and unpredictable and hunky. (I added the hunky part.)
Whoops, I think somehow you've been visited by Mr. Spam. I just wanted to tell/remind you about the hilarious Catherine Tate/Daniel Craig sketch of a few years ago: http://www.metacafe.com/watch/4248957/comic_relief_catherine_tate_and_daniel_craig/. It slays me every time.
I am all astonishment that it is even possible to be disgusted by fried chicken (or carnitas or lobster rolls, but fried chicken really stunned me). Bon appetit in the interim!

Oh, I remember that but hadn't been able to locate it -- thanks! Awesome. (And thanks also for the spam reminder -- I try to keep up but had obviously missed one.)

Not sure if Daniel Craig beats out Sean Connery, but I do indeed enjoy him as Bond. Looking forward to the next one in November!
