Sounds like a meat recipe even I (meat-challenged, as I am) might be able to pull off! Hate to add sugar, but would use bottled dressing without hesitation, which probably has more sugar than one teaspoon, so that's a totally irrational feeling!


Yeah, I can’t imagine that 1 teaspoon of sugar for 3 pounds of meat is anything to worry about! I’m sure you could leave it out, or maybe give it a squirt of honey if you prefer.

Yum! We're looking for more things to grill and I'm all about meat on skewers. Plus, I happen to have quite a lot of basil, thyme and oregano in my garden so I'm already halfway there.

I'm from Central New York and it's "speedies". My whole family loves them, we make them every summer. They are huge at the NY State Fair.
